#1

Ok, now that it’s up and running I get some errors, I believe related to the screen saver. I’ve snapped some pics.

Still having random reboots when screensaver is on for a while. Is there a debug kernel available?

Yeh, the default xscreensaver. Two reboots today so far. Not that it’s a huge deal since it only happens when I’m AFK

#9
Are you sure its not firefox?
Its a frequent memory leaker.
Sometimes ESR is less so.

How much swap do you have configured?
# swapctl -lh

Installing eterm seems to have solved the load issue as far as xscreensaver.

Please open an issue against TrueOS ports re the missing
(and queer) dependency:
<URL:https://github.com/trueos/trueos-ports>

I've already create one for the missing video group:

Could this be a problem with my old .xscreensaver from April 2018?

a way to check. rename/move old config file, then create a new one
